The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference, presented by Supply Chain Management Review and Peerless Media, is pleased to announce that Todd Stillwell, VP-supply chain and manufacturing for Dole Packaged Foods, and Kimberly Galante, global head of product development and innovation for Dole, will deliver a joint Keynote Address at this year’s conference.
The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference will take place Oct. 22-24, 2025, at the W Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
Stillwell and Galante will share how Dole has transformed its supply chain into an engine for growth through strategic investments in flexible manufacturing, streamlined logistics and data-driven demand forecasting in the Keynote presentation Scaling Mid-size CPG Supply Chains for Growth & Innovation. The result is the ability to rapidly commercialize new products while maintaining efficiency and quality at scale.
Stillwell was named in May to lead Dole’s U.S. supply chain operations. Over a 25-year career, Stillwell has held numerous leadership positions focused on complex logistics networks, direct delivery fleets, and third-party distribution for companies such as Del Monte Foods, Campbell’s, Chamberlain Group, Storck and Haagen-Dazs.
With Dole, Stillwell also oversees strategic initiatives for the company’s U.S. frozen manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, transportation and import-export compliance departments.
Over a 23-year career, Galante has leveraged her nutrition science background to play an instrumental role in the launch of new products for Dole. In 2023, she spearheaded 11 new product launches, including Dole Whip, Fruit FirstTreat, and Dole Good Crunch among others. It represented the most new product launches in a single year in Dole’s 170-year history. She leads product and packaging development, specialty ingredient research, and the adoption of emerging food technologies.
Stillwell and Galante join Val Marchevsky, executive vice president and chief technology officer for Uber Freight, in delivering Keynote Addresses at the 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference.
Marchevsky leads Uber Freight’s global engineering, research & development, and IT teams delivering cutting-edge software, services and platforms enabling the future of logistics. Marchevsky is responsible for spearheading Uber Freight’s dynamic marketplace powered by AI and machine learning, helping to innovate the business’ software and build one of the best mobile apps in the logistics industry.
