Tipati, a leading payables automation SaaS, today announced the complete integration of Tipalti's purchase order (PO) matching and multi-entity capability with NetSuite,a global cloud ERP provider.
Building upon NetSuite's already existing PO creation capability, this integration is designed to give users greater ability to to streamline their complete AP workflow.
According to spokesmen, this includes automation of their 2-way and 3-way PO matching processes.
Tipalti CEO Chen Amit told Supply Chain Management Review in an interview that midmarket companies which are working to modernize their AP processes and strengthen financial controls will likely be interested in these solutions.
“Certainly in the case of Multi-entity, companies with separate subsidiaries will be more interested, including different geographical business units, acquired divisions, multiple brands, and other entity scenarios,” he says.
Amit adds that he is seeing particular demand in the technology / software, retail, e-commerce, business services, online services, media and publishing, and manufacturing sectors.”
Tipalti automatically syncs POs and GRNs from NetSuite and then updates PO and bill statuses and amounts in NetSuite. PO matching helps NetSuite users eliminate overspending and strengthen internal financial controls.

With automated syncing between the two systems, companies can reduce time and effort spent on invoice approval and maximize their early payment revenue opportunities by shortening invoice-to-pay cycle times, spokesmen maintain.
The multi-entity integration syncs Tipalti's multi-entity payables management capability with subsidiary instance ledgers in NetSuite OneWorld.
