APQC and Supply Chain Management Review asked people to answer five questions about micro-fulfillment in April 2018.
Micro-fulfillment refers to enabling faster last-mile delivery by bringing warehousing closer to the end consumer by allowing people to turn their personal garages and other spaces into company storage space.
