In this episode, Lisa Nemer, the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Shipping Solutions, helps us to understand the requirements and preparation of documents required to ship internationally and to comply with the export regulations of the United States. This is not a trivial task and requires skill, training, and software to assist in fulfilling all of the requirements for exporting from the U.S. and importing into other countries.
While we spend a lot of time talking about big ideas and strategies in global supply chains, we must also consider how we actually execute and document shipments.
