One of the biggest issues confronting supply chain management organizations is the need for quality employees. To help bridge the talent gap, Supply Chain Management Review is pleased to announce a new Supply Chain Job Board, where prospective employers and employees can search for specific talents and opportunities.

The job board is very specific to the industry niches served by SCMR and its sister publications in the Supply Chain Group. Because of the strength of these media brands, the job boards are powerful tools for connecting high quality candidates with high quality employers. For example, one employer told us that although the quantity of applicants was lower than other broad-based job boards she had used, every applicant had spot-on qualifications and she ended up hiring them all.

New tools permit automated filtering and tracking of applicants throughout the interview process. Other features include mobile-optimized listings, full resume export capabilities, detailed monthly performance reports and advanced filtering that allows job seekers to control what is seen by viewers to protect their identities.

Employers can track a candidate and share notes on the applicant via the site. Instead of HR recruiting software systems, the job board offers many of the same capabilities on the website. Scmr.com sees an average of 70,000 unique visitors per month, and the Supply Chain Group totals 135,000 monthly visitors.

The job board has the ability to send job alert emails when particular resumes or jobs are posted. There is no cost to post a resume, and because the board has just been launched its first arrivals will enjoy prominent placement. For posting open positions, a 30-day posting is $295 with 60-day postings at $495. Click here to visit SupplyChainJobBoard.com.
