To attract and retain the best supply chain professionals, organizations should consider the different career needs of different generations. A recent APQC survey of supply chain professionals revealed that Baby Boomers, members of Generation X, Millennials and today’s leaders have differing opinions on how important certain factors are when they accept a new supply chain position.
