The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Startup Award recognizes emerging companies that are reshaping the way supply chains operate with bold, technology-driven solutions. This year’s honoree, Dexory, has quickly established itself as a leader in warehouse visibility and real-time data intelligence through its AI-powered robotics platform.

Dexory will be honored as part of the 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference, taking place Oct. 22–24 at the W Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee. Diamond Sponsor Zion Solutions Group is the sponsor of the Startup award as well as the End User, Solution Provider and Visionary awards.

Since its founding, Dexory has developed a full-stack solution that combines autonomous mobile robots with advanced analytics to deliver warehouse intelligence at scale. Its flagship platform, DexoryView, creates a real-time digital twin of warehouse operations by scanning more than 10,000 pallet locations per hour with 99.9% accuracy. The system provides operators with daily, wall-to-wall visibility without disrupting workflows, enabling them to quickly pinpoint discrepancies, forecast demand, optimize space utilization, and improve efficiency.

The impact of Dexory’s approach has been proven across a wide range of customers and industries. Logistics leaders including ID Logistics, GXO, Maersk, Yusen Logistics, GE Appliances, and Iron Mountain have deployed Dexory’s robots and platform to transform inventory management. Reported results include double-digit reductions in stock transfer requests, inventory accuracy consistently above 99.9%, and time savings measured in dozens of labor hours per week. Several customers have been able to move from annual or quarterly wall-to-wall counts to daily automated scans, turning what once took weeks into just hours.

By delivering autonomous robotics combined with actionable insights, Dexory embodies the spirit of the Startup Award: a young, fast-moving company redefining industry standards and unlocking new possibilities for the modern supply chain.

Todd Boone, vice president of North America, for Dexory will be on hand to accept the award and provide a company presentation.

Now in its seventh year, the NextGen Supply Chain Conference brings together senior executives, thought leaders, and technology innovators to explore the future of supply chain management. With a program featuring keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and the annual NextGen Supply Chain Awards, the event spotlights the technologies and strategies shaping tomorrow’s supply chains.

Early bird conference registration is now open. Shippeo is a Gold Sponsor and Hai Robotics, TGW Logistics, Cycle Labs, Grey Matter by Grey Orange, and AutoScheduler are Silver Sponsors. Bronze Sponsors include Corvus Robotics, enVista, Gnosis Freight and Herowear.

The W Hotel is extending the discounted group hotel rate for three days before and three days after the event (subject to room availability), allowing attendees the opportunity to explore Nashville at the special conference rate.
