NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) has been helping small- to mid-sized manufacturers resolve challenges in productivity, safety, quality, growth and innovation since 1989. The MEP Supply Chain Optimization program converts supply chain strategies into tangible supply chain collaboration using an approach that equips manufacturers with the tools needed to resolve gaps in their supply chain strategy, so they may more effectively anticipate required future capabilities; and better qualify suppliers to meet those needs.
