Supply chain managers attending the annual Oracle OpenWorld conference in San Francisco this week learned that the company has released significant additions and updates to its full portfolio of software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings.
Oracle Applications Cloud Release 9, includes Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud. Major updates to SCM Cloud are designed to keep companies for sudden changes in digitized procurement relationships.
Furthermore, said spokesmen, it provides efficiency, improved customer service, decreased supply chain lead times, and mitigated supply chain and trade compliance risk.
