Recent APQC research finds that many organizations are looking for ways to increase the end-to-end effectiveness of their supply chains. Collaboration among supply chain functions can lead to increased productivity, improved cycle times for business processes, and increased innovation.
According to APQC’s 2019 Supply Chain Priorities and Challenges research with 194 organizations, 52% of organizations have made improving cross-functional, end-to-end collaboration their top priority.
