Dr. Theodore (Ted) Stank is the associate dean of executive education and Dove Professor of Logistics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Stank has an extensive business background in sales and marketing, has served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy, and has performed extensive consulting and executive education services for dozens of manufacturing and logistics firms. He is a member of the Institute of Supply Management and the American Society of Transportation and Logistics and is a board member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. His research focuses on the strategic implications and performance benefits associated with logistics and supply chain management best practices.
