Presented by Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM), the program, titled "Fueling the Recovery: Fueling the Pipeline," gives an economic update, the challenges faced by senior and middle managers in their career progression and the challenge of recruiting talent. ISM's Black Executive Supply Management Summit — now in its seventh year — focuses on the power of relationships and will provide opportunities to hear from thought-leaders and change agents from leading organizations. This will be the fourth year that a case competition for students is offered. Student teams will present cases on the afternoon of February 2, 2010. In addition to showcasing the next generation of supply management talent, student team members will also hear from practitioners on how to establish themselves in the supply management profession.
