Day(s): Thursdays Description: Project managers will discover the many benefits of project quality management through this course. This course provides participants the knowledge and skills needed to plan and implement the quality management practices necessary to develop the best product. Emphasizing quality control and quality assurance will ensure the highest product development quality. Participants will also learn about continuous quality improvement.
