Blogs Come to SCMR

If there was ever a publication that could use a good set of bloggers, it's Supply Chain Management Review. The reason: we only publish our print magazine nine times a year, and there’s a lot happening in the supply chain space in between issues.
That’s why the four blogs that we’ve launched in our redesigned web site (which we hope you like, by the way) fill an important void. I’ll be commenting on trends and interesting developments I see while traveling around the
Two industry veterans, Bob Rudzki and Gene Tyndall, will be tackling other aspects of supply chain management in their blogs. Bob will focus on procurement and supply management leadership techniques—a topic he’s eminently qualified to cover as a former top executive with Bethlehem Steel and Bayer Corp. Gene will be drawing on a stellar career in logistics and supply chain management at top consulting firms to help readers make sense of the global arena in which they compete.
Comments, criticisms, suggestions for future topics are welcome on all the SCMR blogs. It’s something new for us and we hope things work out well. If we provide you with interesting and thought-provoking information, I think we’re got a fighting chance to succeed.
