NYK Logistics acquires Bruni

NBYK Logistics Americas Inc., a company that provides transportation and warehouse services, has acquired Bruni International, a customs brokerage, freight forwarding and warehouse/distribution services company that focuses its services primarily along the U.S. and Mexico border. NYK representatives note that the acquisition of Bruni will add to the company’s operational strength along the U.S. and Mexico border and it will also enable NYK to respond fully to expected growth in trade between the two countries.
